1. Operating Support Team (OST) Roles:  Resident work groups, with specific talents 
    and interests, serving in an advisory or support capacity to staff with operational issues.
        a. OAT will serve under the direction of a specific HOA manager or
            supervisor to work on specific task oriented matters.
