in order to maximize the satisfaction of our residents and their
guests. This will be accomplished by providing efficient and
effective administration of the association’s assets;
delivering thoughtful, consistent and friendly service to our
residents and their guests; and establishing, maintaining and
enforcing appropriate standards in order to sustain the beauty,
character, property values and architectural integrity of our
