Allow residents to use the golf
course cart paths Purpose:
We would like all residents to be able to see the beauty of our golf course and
better utilize the asset, even if they don’t play golf. 1.
This applies to Heritage
Highlands residents and their guests. 2.
A resident must accompany their
guest. 3. All year long on Thursday mornings between Sunrise and 11:00 AM, the golf course will be open for residents. May 15th thru September, the time will now be Sunrise and 11:00 AM. 4.
The exception is during Overseed.
In September and October, the course is closed to all use. 5.
It is intended that the
participants stay on, and only use the cart paths 6.
This use will be restricted to
walkers and golf carts. 7.
Pets and bicycles will not be
allowed. 8.
Golf course maintenance workers
and vehicles will have the right of way. 9.
Residents should be aware that
the golf irrigation system may run at any time. 10.
This
approach will be reviewed quarterly to validate that
