In Your Community unique aspects of Heritage Highlands will be discussed and links provided to important features of our community. Many of the links below will give you more information regarding facilities, while other links will direct you to rules and regulations or a wealth of information regarding numerous community clubs and organizations.
As an active adult community of approximately 2400 individuals within 1297 residential households, we are in reality on the small scale in comparisons to more traditional master planned adult communities. Moreover, with a 24/7 manned front gate, country club style amenities at our clubhouse, and 12 miles of private streets justifies your monthly dues of $160.00 per month are necessary to provide operational and replacement reserve funding for the association.
While the association does employ a dedicated staff of approximately 64 Full Time Equivalents (FTE), the real heart and soul of Heritage Highlands are the many volunteers that contribute freely to the association and to their neighbors. The Elections Committee of the Board currently serves as the clearinghouse for volunteer recruitment. At Heritage Highlands we are blessed with a strong Block Watch Program. More than 136 residents serve as block watch captainsor assistants for your neighborhoods. If you are interested in joining our Block Watch Program you should contact Wes Krebil or Dick Golhman for more information. |
