| General Heritage Highlands (HH) is an extremely busy golf course that utilizes a lottery system for prioritizing play requests. HH has been using the Chelsea Tee Time Information System software to successfully manage its tee sheet for more than 10 years. Tee Times Chelsea System Instructions PriorityTee time priority is as follows: - HH sanctioned golf leagues have priority on specific days of the week.
- All HH resident golfers are assessed points for play as follows:
- Eagle Member .30 points
- Birdie Member .50 points
- Par and Par 9 Member .80 points
- Resident Daily Fee golfer 1.0 points
- Priority for all regular daily play is prioritized by group average points; the less the group has played in the previous fourteen days the higher priority they receive at time of placement.
- Heritage Highlands is open to the public on a limited basis in order to supplement revenues and keep resident fees reasonable. To ensure available tee times to public guests, we do sell some times in advance of the golf membership.
- October - April we may sell up to two tee times in advance of placement. After placement occurs we may sell all available tee times.
- May - September we may sell every seventh tee time in advance of the golf membership. After placement occurs we may sell all available tee times.
The director of golf operations has authority to override these parameters as appropriate. Tournaments and Special EventsHeritage Highlands hosts more than 150 club and league events each year. Additionally, a limited number of event sales are made to the public which may affect the availability of the golf course to the membership. |
