- Homeowners are responsible to instruct vendor or contractor regarding Heritage Highlands street safety parking regulations.

- If a contractor performs regular maintenance weekly or monthly at your home, they can be placed on the pre-approved list in your permanent file at the Main Gate.
- If vendors / contractors arrive at your property in multiple vehicles, they must be instructed to park in the clubhouse parking lot and return in no more than two vehicles to your home.
- If parking on one side of the street has been established by an earlier vehicle, then vendors / contractors may be forced to park across the street from their client unless a willing accommodation is made by the other vehicle to move to the other street side.
- Vendor / contractor vehicles parked longer than for a delivery should put out reflective visual cones on both the front and back of their vehicle and/or trailer.
- Vendor / contractor will make every effort to place delivered building materials on the property owner's lot or in their driveway. As a last resort, building materials may be placed in the street in front of the owner's property, then must be placed on a heavy duty drop cloth or tarp, surrounded by an erosion barrier and reflective visual cones positioned on both the front and back of the material pile.
