The Highlander Newsletter
This monthly publication is provided to all residents and provides information on events for the coming months, along with articles submitted by various clubs, groups and associations about what they are planning for the month ahead.  It is distributed to all residents by out block watch system on or about the first of each month and is available on line and at the clubhouse.

The Highlander Advertising Policies
All ads must be approved, prepaid and received by the 10th of the month for publication the following month.   Please review our advertising rates below.
