Our mission is to preserve and enhance the environment at Heritage Highlands by protecting individual property and community asset values.  The Heritage Highlands Homeowners Association Board of Directors and management, utilizing effective policies, prudent fiscal management and strong leadership, will ensure that Heritage Highlands continues to be a highly desirable community in which to live and visit, and one where courtesy and respect for others are valued.
