This is part of the Neighborhood Crime Watch Program as directed by the Marana Police Department and is composed of Heritage Highlands volunteers.  This local progam is a wonderful information network at the local neighborhood level. Block Watch Captains are also responsible for the monthly distribution door to door on our Highlander newsletter.
